Casear Salad Competition; Philippe Cocktail Dinner - Eater

CaesarWire? The 28th Annual Caesar Salad Competition will be held on Friday, October 5 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., at the Four Seasons Hotel downtown. Chefs from 20 Houston restaurants will offer their interpretations on the classic salad. Proceeds from the event benefit the Food & Beverage Managers Association Educational Endowments. The first ever Houston Margarita Festival will be held at Discovery Green on Saturday October 13 from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. In addition to food and drink, the event will feature salsa and limbo competitions.
